Miele Thailand is the only sales subsidiary of the brand and company Miele & Cie. KG in Thailand. To guarantee the highest standards of safety, we only import and sell Miele appliances in Thailand which have passed all necessary safety requirements, based on Thailand’s governmental regulations.
We strongly encourage our customers to purchase Miele products from our authorised channels. Miele Thailand retains the right to refuse activation of warranty, after-sales service and maintenance for products purchased from non-authorised channels (including parallel imports). Customers will be asked to provide an original invoice and a serial number of the respective appliance to enjoy the product warranty for repair, maintenance and any other after-sales services.
